Q: Will the Guest answer my question?
Unfortunately we cannot gaurantee that our Guests will answer you question. Our Guest will select the questions submitted and answer them if he or she is able to in the time allotted for the discussion. If the Guest is unable to answer your question there may be many reasons for this. The most like reason is that the question has already been asked (or answered) by another participant.
Q: How do I post a question?
First you must
register
or be
logged
in. On the
homepage
, at the bottom of the page, you can see a form that says 'Type your question here and click 'Ask' when you're ready...'. Type your question in there and click 'Ask' below it. You then have an opportunity to review you question again before you submit it. This is so you can carefully consider your message a final time.
Q: I have forgotten my password - what do I do?
Use our
password reminder
. Enter the email address you used to register and we will sent you your password.
Q: I have been banned - what do I do?
If you think you have been incorrectly banned please contact use at
webmaster@rchatrandom.co.uk
and we will review your status. We only ban those users who have breached our
Terms & Conditions
or have been deliberating offensive to our Guests.
