By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. For your chance to win simply enter your e-mail address on the competition page at www.tesco.com/books.. Entries must be received by midnight GMT on 31st October 2008. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. By entering the competition the entrant confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. No purchase necessary. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except those who are employees of the promoter or other companies involved directly with the administration of this competition or any member of their households. Entrants between 12 and 18 years old must ask permission from a parent or guardian before entering.

3. There is a limit of one entry per household.

4. Events may occur which render the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prize with or without notice.

5. The winner will be chosen at random by the promoter from all submitted entries on Monday 3rd November 2008.

6. The prize winner will be notified by e-mail on Monday 3rd November 2008. The name of the winner will be available after that date by sending a SAE to the competition address: Rocket Men Competition, Marketing Department, Transworld Publishers, 61- 63 Uxbridge Road, London W5 5SA.

7. The winner’s name will be available upon the promoter’s receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.

8. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the promoter in order to send you your prize and will be deleted thereafter unless you have ticked the appropriate box. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
