By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. For your chance to win simply enter your e-mail address on the competition page at www.tesco.com/books.. Entries must be received by 31st October 2008. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. By entering the competition the entrant confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase necessary. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except those who are employees of The Promoter or other companies involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
3. There is a limit of one entry per household.
4. The prize is three nights with traditional Irish breakfast, plus one dinner, at the four-star Fitzpatrick's Castle Hotel in Killiney, Co Dublin for two adults, inclusive of return ferry crossing for car and passengers (either Holyhead/Dublin or Pembroke/Rosslare) and must be taken before 30th June 2009.
5. The winner will be chosen at random by The Promoter from all submitted entries on Monday 3rd November 2008.
6. The prize winner will be notified by e-mail on Monday 3rd November 2008. The name of the winner will be available after that date by sending a SAE to the competition address: Forgive and Forget Competition, Marketing Department, Transworld Publishers, 61- 63 Uxbridge Road, London W5 5SA.
7. Prizes are subject to availability.
8. Prize is not transferable nor is there a cash alternative available.
9. The winner must agree to their name and photograph being used for promotional purposes
10. Your personal details will only be retained and used by the promoter in order to send you your prize and will be deleted thereafter unless you have ticked the appropriate box. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
11. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with the promoter
